This Week’s Menu (6/2-6/8)

This month will be the start of our 4th year in business (wow time flies). I was reflecting on the past 3 years and thinking about how far Indy food trucks have come in a short amount of time. We were one of the “original ten” food trucks in the city and I can still remember our opening night at Flat 12  like it was yesterday. A lot has changed since then, both for us and for food trucks on a whole in the city.  The 1st food truck in Indy was West Coast Tacos, who blazed the trail for the rest of us. Shortly after we came along, there was another truck called Seoul Grill Indy. Both those trucks did Korean fusion but are no longer in existence. We miss them both and the food that they brought to the streets. This month we decided we would attempt a tribute menu to those two trucks. Korean fusion is something we have never done before, but it was fun planning the menu and hopefully we can do it justice. Thank you to all our supporters and customers for helping us get to this point. It has been a fun ride.

Scratch Burger- 1/3 lb custom ground burger, bacon marmalade, arugula and gorgonzola cheese served on a fresh, toasted soft roll. w/fries $9.75

Scratch Grilled Cheese- Munster & Colby Jack cheese, red wine braised short rib, caramelized onions and arugula, served on toasted honey white bread. w/fries $9.75

Polenta & Black Bean Burger- (Housemade) Polenta, Black Beans, Red Peppers, Onions, Jalapenos & Jack Cheese served with Avocado Puree & Pico de Gallo on a toasted bun. w/fries $8.75

BBQ Chicken Cone- 2 Chicken Tenders, Caramelized Red Onions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, topped with Pickles & BBQ Sauce and served in a flour tortilla w/fries $8.75

Bulgogi Cheesesteak-Bulgogi Beef, Peppers, Onions & Carrots and American Cheese, served on a hoagie roll w/fries $9.75

Hand Cut Fries- Small $3.00 Large $6.00

Poutine de Peru Fries- Hand Cut Fries tossed in a Peruvian yellow pepper sauce with Queso Fresco & Cilantro– Small $3.50 Large $7.00

Bacon Kimchi Poutine-  Hand Cut Fries, tossed with Gravy, Jack Cheese and housemade Bacon Kimchi- Small $3.50 Large $7.00

Kalbi Beef Nachos (Spicy)-Tortilla Chips, topped with a Gochujang Cheese Sauce, Kalbi Beef, Sriracha Sour Cream & Green Onions  Small $3.75 Large $7.50

Basil Lemonade- 22oz $2.50
