Scratch Burger- 1/3 lb custom ground burger, bacon marmalade, arugula and gorgonzola cheese served on a fresh, toasted soft roll. w/fries $9.50

Scratch Grilled Cheese- Munster & Colby Jack cheese, red wine braised short rib, caramelized onions and arugula, served on toasted honey white bread. w/fries $9.50

Polenta & Black Bean Burger- (Housemade) Polenta, Black Beans, Red Peppers, Onions, Jalapenos & Jack Cheese served with Avocado Puree & Pico de Gallo on a toasted bun. w/fries $8.50

BBQ Chicken Cone- 2 Chicken Tenders, Caramelized Red Onions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, topped with Pickles & BBQ Sauce and served in a flour tortilla w/fries $8.50

Bourbon Braised Brisket with a Bourbon Peach Glaze- Beef Brisket, braised with Stout Beer & Marker’s Mark Bourbon, topped with a Maker’s Mark/Peach Glaze, served on a toasted bun with a housemade caraway pickle w/fries $9.50 (Only 18 per shift)
