Scratch Burger- 1/3 lb custom ground burger, bacon marmalade, arugula and gorgonzola cheese served on a fresh, toasted soft roll. w/chips $9.00
Scratch Grilled Cheese- Munster & Colby Jack cheese, red wine braised short rib, caramelized onions and arugula, served on toasted honey white bread. w/chips $9.00
Polenta & Black Bean Burger- (Housemade) Polenta, Black Beans, Red Peppers, Onions, Jalapenos & Jack Cheese served with Avocado Puree & Pico de Gallo on a toasted bun. w/chips $8.00
BBQ Chicken Cone- 2 Chicken Tenders, Caramelized Red Onions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, topped with Pickles & BBQ Sauce and served in a flour tortilla w/chips $8.00
Cali Cheesesteak- Asian Marinated Ribeye, Baby Spinach, Crimini Mushrooms, Spanish Onions, Bean Sprouts & Mozzarella Cheese, served on a toasted baguette w/chips $9.00
Cold Asian Noodle Salad- Noodles tossed in a spicy, asian peanut sauce, topped with cilantro, green onions and cucumber. SM 8oz $4.00 LRG 16oz $7.00

Menu looks wonderful!!!but the prices for a working gal….too expensive. however I have heard such wonderful things about your truck that I will treat myself on special occasions
On Tuesday down at IUPUI I tried your food forthe first time and I must say that the Scratch burger is the best burger I have ever had. I cant’s wait to have another one tomorrow when you are on College Ave. You should be on College Ave more often.

I’ve been at the scratch food truck twice this year by the Camous Center at IUPUI and you guys are officially the tastiest food truck I’ve tried in Indianapolis yet! Your grilled cheese with fries is amazing, as is your scratch burger. It’s a little more money than I usually like to spend on my lunch, but from now on I think whenever I see the Scratch truck on campus, I’ll indulge myself in a little treat.

Just tried Scratch for the first time. The grilled cheese with the braised short ribs is top notch. Also, the fries are much better than your aveage, run of the mill fries served at most places. I’m dying to try that burger.

I had your Scratch Grilled Cheese at the Super Bowl in Indy and I will tell you this. I have never had a grilled cheese so juicy, sweet but meaty before. Such great flavor combinations that I can’t find anywhere else but on this delicious food truck. Keep up the work!

No,we will be serving ham, pumpkin & sage soup. I think mac genie wil be serving a tomato soup.
